How to become a Merchant?

  • Login to your Xprizo account using your credentials and click on your profile initial icon to head to your account settings.
  • To be able to become a merchant you will first need to complete your KYC and fill your user details.

2. Add Wallet

For a user to perform any kind of transactional activities or manage funds the user must need a wallet to do that in their profile. Once added you can now carry out the transactions securely and directly from your account. To learn how to add a wallet click on the link below to follow the steps to do that.

3. Add User Details

To be able to send a merchant request to the back office, you will first need to fill/complete details for your profile. In that you will need to add details for your name and for your address. Follow the steps in the link below to learn how to add user details.

4. Complete KYC 

The next step is to complete your KYC details to become KYC compliant. Here you would need to upload your documents for your KYC process which will be reviewed by the back office once approved you will now be a KYC compliant. To do this process follow the steps given in the link below to become a KYC compliant.

5. Send Merchant Request

  • Once your user details and KYC is completed head to the account settings by clicking on the initial of your profile.
  • In it click on the Merchant tab to open the Merchant settings
  • Click on the Send Merchant Request button to send a request to the back office for becoming a merchant.
  • Once back office approves your request to become a merchant you will then be assigned with the role of a Merchant.
